What if my order is damaged?

In the event that you receive a damaged item, please contact our Customer Service team right away so we can send you a replacement as soon as possible (obviously the item will still need to be in stock). In the event of an item proving to be defective due to workmanship or materials, please return it as soon as possible by following the steps on the included Returns delivery note. Please be sure to carefully record reason code #4 (Faulty item) to indicate the defective issue. Please note, this fault code only applies to normal wear and does not apply to misuse, accidental damage or a change of heart.
