Why is my order delayed?

In certain occasions, your order might get delayed. This could be caused by one of the following reasons:

 

Periods of high demand in our Warehouse

- Overload in our Carrier’s network

- Your selected item(s) got out of stock while your order was in preparation in the warehouse

You will be notified via email if your order is being affected
