Please take your DPD pickup pass or Collect+ collection code and proof of ID with you when you go to your collection point to collect your parcel.
When making a collection, what kinds of ID are accepted?
Please bear in mind that DPD Pickup parcelshops require photographic ID – so it has to be a passport or photo driving license - to release your parcel.
The following types of ID are not accepted:
- Student ID
- UK citizen's ID
- Bus pass
- Work pass
