What if I have a damaged or defective item?

If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible so we can send you a replacement order or offer you an alternative solution. You can find our contact details here.

At Levis® we are proud to provide you with high quality products. In the event of an item proving to be defective due to manufacturing or materials, please contact the retailer where you bought the product or if it was an online purchase on Levi.com, contact us here.

We will be happy to assist you with your justified claim within warranty and find a prompt solution for you.

To speed up the solution please have the following documentation at hand:

  • Photo of the Item and it’s fault
  • Photo of the internal label with the Product Code (PC9 – 9 Digit Code)
  • Purchase receipt if bought in one of our Levi’s® Stores
  • Order Number or invoice if bought on Levi.com

Please note we cannot assist in case of improper care, accidental damage, natural breakdown of materials over an extended period of time or a change of heart.
