Please take your UPS pickup pass or collection code and proof of ID with you when you go to your collection point to collect your parcel.
When making a collection, what kinds of ID are accepted?
Please bear in mind that UPS Pickup parcel shops require photographic ID – so it has to be a passport or photo driving license - to release your parcel.
The following types of ID are not accepted:
Student ID
Bus pass
Work pass
