The payment has been deducted twice, what should I do?

We are sorry you have been charged twice. This can happen due to a server time out error. In this case one of the payments is a reservation and will be refunded within 24 hours.

If, after 24 hours, you still see both payments on your bank account, please contact us with the following information:

  • Full name
  • Email address
  • Order number
  • Screenshot of both payments from your bank account, including payment details
