In the carrier's web you can check the status of your return/exchange with the tracking code which you received when dropping off the parcel. You will receive a confirmation by email when the refund is processed or when the replacement has been shipped.
Please be aware that when your return/exchange parcel has been delivered to the warehouse, it can take up to 10 working days before the return/exchange is processed and the refund is visible in your bank account or you have received your exchanged item(s).
