I received a damaged parcel with an incomplete order, what should I do?

We are sorry that you have received a damaged parcel with an incomplete order. Did you check if you have received all the shipments?

Do not worry! Please follow the steps below and we will help you as quick as possible:

  1. Take a picture of the damaged parcel.
  2. Fill in the attached missing items declaration form. If you do not have access to a printer, please complete this form digitally and upload a photograph of your signature in the "Signature" section". We cannot accept digital signatures.
  3. Send the file to us via our contact form and let us know if you would like to be contacted by phone or email by providing us with your contact details.
