I don´t see any updates in the tracking, what can I do?

When your order keeps being stuck in transit, or you do not see any updates in the tracking this usually means that there´s an overload in our Carrier’s network. We understand this can be very annoying. We will inform you by email about a possible delay.

We advise you to wait 6 working days. If after this period the order is still in transit, please contact us and we will start an investigation with the carrier.
