Why was my order (or part of it) cancelled without my consent?

We are very sorry that your order has been (partially) cancelled. Although we do our utmost to prevent this, unfortunately this sometimes happens. The most common reason is that the order could (partially) not be processed after the necessary checks due to lack of stock.

What is going to happen now?

You will be refunded for the item(s) you did not receive. The refund will be made to the same account with which you made the payment. Usually, it appears in a few working days, be aware, it can take up to 10 working days. PayPal refunds can take between 10 and 15 working days.
