Unfortunately, once an order is placed, we are unable to modify it. Our priority is to be able to prepare and dispatch the orders as quickly as possible.
Nevertheless, you can change the delivery address via the carrier's APP. Once the parcel is handed over to the carrier, you will receive a tracking code. Enter the tracking code in the app and you will see an option to amend the delivery address.
