Make sure you're logged into your Levi's® account, once you are ready to check out, follow these steps to use your Red Tab™ coins:
On the Website:
• Add items to your bag and navigate to the Bag in the upper right corner.
• Select the number of coins you want to spend. The value of the selected voucher will be deducted from your total.
On the App:
• Add items to your bag and proceed to cart. Your available coins will be displayed.
• Select the available Red Tab™ vouchers to apply them to your order. The value of the selected voucher will be deducted from your total.
Can’t see your coins in your shopping bag?
Check if you're logged in correctly:
• Click on your name in the upper right corner (Website) or go to account (App).
• Visit your Order History to confirm you’re logged in. If prompted, enter your password.
Clear your browser or app cache:
• On a browser: Go to your browser settings, then Privacy & Security, and clear cookies and cache.
• On the app: Try logging out and back in or reinstalling the app.
Try a different browser or device.
