If we identify signs of fraudulent activity or observe any suspicious behavior, we may choose to suspend your account to mitigate potential issues. Additionally, in such cases, we reserve the right to not process a refund.
Examples of activities that may trigger these actions include but are not limited to: non-receipt of orders, missing items from orders, missing items from returns, returning worn or used items, returning non-Levi’s items, multiple issues reported, involving orders sent to the same delivery address, etc.
Please be aware that we also reserve the right to take further legal actions and to notify the appropriate authorities.
