I received a wrong/different item, what should I do?

We're sorry to hear that you have received a different item to the one you ordered. To ensure that you will receive the correct item as quickly as possible, we kindly ask you to follow the next steps:

Check the PC9 code in the label with the PC9 code in the order confirmation. Every Levi´s item has a PC9 code. You can find this at the label and in the order confirmation. It should look like this:

Please return the wrongly received item.

You can return it free of charge to our central warehouse and, if it is available, we will send you the desired item as soon as possible.

To return it:
Fill in the return form, please check reason # 6 (incorrect item) and indicate the desired item;

  • Stick the return form on the package once it has been closed and the shipping label has been removed;
  • Drop the package off at the carrier;
  • Don´t forget to ask for a proof of postage. 

We will send you the desired item as soon as possible. If the item is not available, we will process a refund. We apologise for the inconvenience. 

Is the code in the label the same as the code in the order confirmation?

In this case you can follow the normal return procedure.
