Have you changed your mind? No problem. In accordance with EU consumer protection law, you have the right to cancel you purchase contract, which means that you may withdraw from all or part of the purchase, for any reason, within 14 days of receipt of your order, unless a legal exception applies.
You can easily cancel your contract by clicking on the “Cancel Order” link. The way you access the “Cancel Order” link depends on how you placed your order: REDTAB™ members can access it directly through their order history after signing in to their account, while guest customers can access it via the “View Your Order” link in their order confirmation email by entering their order number and the email address used for the purchase. After submitting your withdrawal request, we will send you an acknowledgement of receipt by e-mail as soon as possible, stating the date and content of your request.
You will have to return the product, but you will not be required to fill in any return form or similar to process with this withdrawal and return.
We will give you a full refund for each returned item, provided it is returned in the same condition as at the time of receipt. The right of withdrawal and return does not apply to sealed products that are unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once the seal has been removed, such as underwear.
Note that if you have chosen an express delivery option, you will only be refunded the amount equal to the standard shipping costs. In addition, if you choose to keep certain items and only return parts of your order, the standard shipping costs will also not be refunded.
Return fees are generally non-refundable and will be borne by you whether you exercise your right of withdrawal or return products under our standard returns policy. However, certain REDTAB™ members may benefit from free returns in certain countries, subject to the applicable terms and conditions.
