In the carrier's web you can check the status of your return/exchange with the tracking code which you received when dropping off the parcel. You will receive a confirmation by email when the refund is processed or when the replacement has been shipped.
Please note that once your return/exchange package has been sent for processing, it may take up to 10 working days for the refund to appear in your bank account or for you to receive your exchanged item(s).
