I received an incomplete order, what should I do?

We are sorry that you received an incomplete order. First, we advise you to check whether your order is sent in one- or separate parts. When the order is sent in separate parts you will see this in the shipping confirmation email with the tracking link. There you can check which items are sent with which tracking link.

If you have a Levi.com account, you can also check it by following these steps:

  1. Log in to your Levi´s account at levi.com
  2. Go to your ¨order history¨
  3. In the order you can see if separate tracking numbers are attached to the order and which items will be sent with which shipment.
