How can I return/exchange my order?

We really hope that your Levi’s® purchase will meet your expectations, but we’re also happy to accept returns and exchanges.

  • To give you enough time our return period at is 28 days.
  • Returning or exchanging an order or item is always free of charge.
  • Make sure you do not cut out the labels

Please follow the steps below:

STEP 1: Complete the returns delivery note

In every parcel, you’ll receive a returns delivery note. Can´t find the returns delivery note? You can download and print the form at the bottom of this article.

Select the reason for return
If you like to exchange, please select reason code #9 (Exchange) and fill in your preferred size.
Place your item(s) plus the returns delivery note in the original reusable shipping bag, box or another packaging of your choice.

Please make sure to remove any personal item from the package before to close it. Levi’s will not take the responsibility for any personal item lost during the return process.

STEP 2: Use the prepaid shipping label

In the package you will also find a prepaid shipping label. Can´t find the prepaid shipping label? Please contact us.
Stick your prepaid shipping label to the outside of the package.
Drop it off at the nearest drop off point.

Please note,

It is only possible to create one label per order. If you should decide to make an additional return later, please contact our customer service department for assistance.
