I was refunded an incomplete/wrong amount, what can I do best?

We are sorry you received a refund of a wrong amount. To help you as quick as possible we would like to check the following with you.

  1. Please note that the refund will be credited from Adyen and not Levi´s as this is our financial institution.
  2. Shipping costs are only refunded when you return the complete order.
  3. Did you return the parcel in one box or several boxes? When the order is returned in several boxes the refund will be transferred in separate parts.

In case the refunded amount is incorrect. Please contact us with the following information:

  • Your full name
  • The email address you placed the order with
  • A screenshot of the refund received on your bank account
