Why is my order delayed?

We are sorry your order is delayed. When your order is delayed you will be informed by email. If your order delayed more than 6 working days, please contact us.

Delay can be caused by one of the following reasons:

  • Periods of high demand in our Warehouse
  • Overload in our carriers´ network
  • Your selected item(s) got out of stock while your order was in preparation in the warehouse
