My employee discount is not applied, what can I do best?

We are sorry your employee discount is not applied. To solve this as quick as possible we kindly ask you to try the following as this usually solves the problem:

  1. Delete cookies and cache of your browser. You can do this in your browser settings, usually in the Privacy and Security tab.  After deleting the cookies and cache please try place the order again.
  2. Use a different browser or different device.
