We kindly ask you to return the product to us which can be quick, easy, and free of charge by following these steps.
STEP 1: Complete the returns delivery note
In every levi.com parcel, you’ll receive a returns delivery note. Can´t find the returns delivery note? You can download and print the form at the bottom of this article.
Select the reason for return # 4 Faulty item and please clarify if you prefer a replacement (if available) or a refund.
Place your item(s) plus the returns delivery note in the original reusable shipping bag, box or another packaging of your choice.
STEP 2: Use the prepaid shipping label
In the package you will also find a prepaid shipping label. Can´t find the prepaid shipping label? Please contact us.
- Stick your prepaid shipping label to the outside of the package.
- Drop it off at the nearest drop off point.

It is only possible to create one label per order. If you should decide to make an additional return later, please contact our customer service department for assistance.

When the parcel reached the warehouse, it will be checked and, if requested, a replacement will be sent. If the item is out of stock a refund will be processed. Although we do our upmost best to speed up the process it can take up to 10 working days before you received the replacement or the refund. PayPal refunds can take between 10 and 15 working days.
