OPTION 2: Used item bought in our web shop levi.com or in a store
If you bought the item in a store, you have the option to go to a Levi’s® store in the same country, the staff will help you. You can find all participating stores here. If you bought the item at levi.com or prefer not to go to a store, we kindly ask you to contact us with the following information:
- Full name
- Order number
- A picture of the item in full, as well as a detailed picture of the defect
- A picture of the care label, with the PC9 code visible
