DPD will make three delivery attempts. If you are not at home or the order cannot be delivered, the carrier will return within 48 hours for a second attempt, with a maximum of three attempts. After three failed attempts, the order will be returned to the sender.
Royal Mail will make one additional delivery attempt the next day. If the order cannot be delivered on this second attempt.
