Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order, if we have not processed it. To make the buying process on our web site as efficient as possible, we aim to process your order within one hour after you placed it.

How to cancel my order?

OPTION 1: AT THE ORDER CONFIRMATION PAGE

After placing the order, you will see a webpage informing your order is confirmed. At the right bottom of the page, you will see ¨cancel your order online¨.

OPTION 2: IN YOUR LEVI´S ACCOUNT

  1. Log in to your Levi´s account at levi.com;
  2. Go to your ¨order history¨;
  3. Select ¨cancel order¨;
  4. In your order history you will see it when the order is cancelled correctly.

When will I receive my refund?

We charge you for the order when it is shipped.

Did you pay with a card? The first payment you see in your account is a pre-authorization. It will be returned to you in a few business days.

Did you pay with Paypal? The refund is processed automatically by PayPayl. PayPal refunds can take between 10 and 15 working days.

I can no longer cancel my order, what should I do now?

If your order is already processed, it is not possible to cancel your order. However, do not worry! When you have received your order, you can easily return it with the return label which is inside the package. Returning your order is free of charge. Also, the shipping costs will be refunded when you return the complete order.
