I get an error during the payment process, what should I do?

We are sorry you are getting an error during the payment process. To solve this as quick as possible we kindly ask you to try the following as this usually solves the problem:

  1. Delete the cookies and cache of your browser. You can do this in your browser settings, usually in the Privacy and Security tab.  After deleting the cookies and cache please try to place the order again.
  2. Use a different browser or different device to place the order.
  3. Select a different payment, if possible.

In case neither of these actions solve the issue, please contact us. Our customer support will help you the best they can to make the payment and place the order on your device.
