The carrier informs that my order is returned to sender, what can I do best?

In case the carrier informs that your order is returned to sender, it means that it will not be delivered, and you will receive a refund.

We apologise if this happened unexpectedly. We advise you to place a new order. It can take up to 10 working days before the return is processed in our warehouse and the refund has been issued. PayPal refunds can take between 10 and 15 working days.

Reason for a parcel being returned to sender can be:

  • A transport incidence i.e., damaged parcel
  • An incomplete or incorrect delivery address
  • Impossible to deliver parcel after several attempts
  • Parcel is not picked up at the pick-up point after 1 week.
