We really hope that your Levi’s® purchase will meet your expectations, but we’re also happy to accept returns and exchanges.
- To give you enough time our return period at Levi.com is 28 days.
- Returning or exchanging an order or items is FREE of charge for Levi’s® Red Tab™ members. Not a member yet? Sign up for free.
- For non-members the cost of the return request is £2.50, which will be deducted from your refund.
- You can return the order for FREE in one of our participating Levi’s Store.
- Make sure you do not cut out the labels.
On purchases made between 11th November and 24th December 2024, Levi Strauss will refund or exchange unworn items (with labels attached) to the value stated on your receipt, as per the original method of payment, until 29th January 2025.
Please follow the steps below:
STEP 1: Complete the returns delivery note
In every levi.com parcel, you’ll receive a returns delivery note. Can´t find the returns delivery note? You can download and print the form at the bottom of this article.
Select the reason for return.
If you like to exchange, please select reason code #9 (Exchange) and fill in your preferred size. Place your item(s) plus the returns delivery note in the original reusable shipping bag, box or another packaging of your choice.
Please make sure to remove any personal item from the package before to close it. Levi’s will not take the responsibility for any personal item lost during the return process.
STEP 2: Use the shipping label
In the package you will also find a shipping label. Can´t find the shipping label? Do not worry! You will be able to generate a new one by clicking one of the following:
- To return with Collect Plus click here
- To return with DPD click here
Stick your shipping label to the outside of the package. Drop it off at the nearest DPD drop off point. Please note, It is only possible to create one label per order. If you should decide to make an additional return later, please contact our customer service department for assistance.
