You can track the status of your return or exchange using the tracking code provided when you dropped off the parcel. You will receive a confirmation by email once your refund has been processed or your replacement item has been shipped.
Please note that once your return/exchange package has been sent for processing, it may take up to 10 working days for the refund to appear in your bank account or for you to receive your exchanged item(s).
