You can track the status of your return or exchange using the tracking code provided when you dropped off the parcel. You will receive a confirmation by email once your refund has been processed or your replacement item has been shipped.
Please note that after your return or exchange parcel has been delivered to our warehouse, processing may take up to 10 working days. Refunds may take additional time to appear in your bank account, or for exchanged items to be shipped.
