However, customers with excessive returning patterns make free returns unsustainable, so we may consider limiting future transactions with them on Levi.com.
To make this decision, we use an objective formula based on shopping behavior, including whether the return frequency significantly exceeds that of the average Levi’s customer, as well as the quantity and value of the placed orders.
